Residents of Japan must have a technical, humanities, international services visa or an activity other than that permitted under the status of residence, or a specific activity visa.
■Job Description
・Product detail translations (JPN to ENG)
・Product (manga/games/etc) translations (JPN to ENG)
■Requirements
・We obviously don't care about your sex, nationality, or educational background. A good translator is a good translator.
・You need to be 18 years or older and legally classified as an adult in the country where you'll be working. This is DLsite, after all.
・Native English speakers only! We need your work to be easy for people all over the world to understand.
・We want fans of Japanese subcultures like manga, games, anime, and light novels. We're fans, our customers are fans - makes sense, right?
*this number assumes 5 yen per character at a rate of 2,000 characters a day, 5 days a week.

You'll also be provided with access to the content you're translating!
■Required skills/experience:
・English: Native proficiency with positively baller writing and proofreading skills
・Japanese: fluent (JLPT N1 or equivalent preferred)
・Holds a work visa if residing in Japan
■Desired Skills/Experience:
・Creative translation experience (paid or volunteer) with manga or games (Scanslators, come get paid!)
・Detailed knowledge of doujin and other otaku culture (Otherwise you may learn some uh... interesting new words.)
・MS Office, touch typing, and dictionary/thesaurus experience (Sorry, don't mail us your hand-written scribblings!)
・Photoshop or photo editing skills (Get products dolled-up for their English debut!)
選考方法
